How many revisions do I get?

Every design project includes 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost, so we can refine the work with you. If a project needs more than that — or the brief changes significantly after work has started — we agree any additional cost with you in advance.

What file formats will I receive?

Design deliverables typically include high-resolution PNG and JPG files, plus print-ready PDF. Vector source files (SVG/AI) are included with logo and identity packages or available on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the balance is due before final editable files are released. Payment options are confirmed on WhatsApp when your quotation is agreed, so we can offer the most convenient method for your country.
